Alexander Hamilton, The Unknown Hero An ordinary teenager or adult would address Alexander Hamilton as an arbitrary founding father on the ten dollar bill, for they do not acknowledge the great achievements that Hamilton completed throughout his short life. Alexander Hamilton changed America. To start with, Hamilton was an immigrant from the Caribbean. At the age of seventeen, a hurricane destroyed his town. Hamilton wrote his way out of the madness he was facing. He wrote his first essay, a testament to his pain. The citizens of his town were moved by his writings, they funded money for him to move to New York to receive an education. Alexander Hamilton, fought as George Washington s right hand man in the Revolution, defended the United States Constitution, and saved the nation from bankruptcy to prosperity. Alexander Hamilton was the foundation to a thriving nation. Hamilton wished for a war to prove that he was capable of anything he put his mind to. In fact, at the age of fourteen, he sent a letter to Edward Stevens saying, â€Å"I shall conclude saying I wish there was a war† (Hamilton 1769). From that day on he hoped and prayed he would get to fight in a war. Finally, in 1775, the Revolutionary War began. The contribution to patient care can be seen with health promotion assessment use. The conclusions were clear about teens needing a plan to quit after they reached the maintenance phase of smoking. This result alerts nurses to assess smoking in younger adolescence and offer assistance with smoking cessation. Ethical Issues First, The Research and Ethic Committee of University Kebangsaan Malaysia gave approval before the study was started. Second, The Ministry of Education Malaysia offered authorization for interviews in the school system for children who were not involved in some type of major examination. Third, all of the teens along with parents provided a written and signed consent for participation. The confidentiality of current smoking status was kept intact and privacy was maintained.
